Fire and Wine will offer an intimate setting alongside the warmth of burning fires for you to enjoy a delicious menu prepared by Chef Andy Wright from The Cellar Restaurant, paired flawlessly with our wines. To be held onsite, this event offers much more than our usual wine and dine experience because for the first time, we’ll be presenting an exclusive range Single Vineyard.

This new and exciting range is our first, true ‘member’s only’ range of wine. Liz and her team get full autonomy to produce the very best varietal wines, expressing wholly the single vineyard characteristics of their origin, and only ever produced in the best years. With minimal human intervention, the fruit from these vineyards is meticulously harvested, crushed, fermented and then matured in prestigious French Oak.

This superior range will only ever be released in limited volumes, so join us and be one of the first to celebrate and experience these truly remarkable wines.
