Every current-release Hunter Valley Semillon we make is right here.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch2\u003eWhat does Hunter Valley Semillon taste like?\u003c\/h2\u003e\u003cp\u003eYoung, it is bright and bone-dry, all lemon, green apple and a fresh mineral line, with alcohol usually around 11 percent. With a few years in bottle it turns golden, gaining honey, toast and a soft lanolin richness, all without ever seeing oak.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch2\u003eOur Hunter Valley Semillon range\u003c\/h2\u003e\u003cp\u003eClassic is our fresh, current-release Semillon, made to enjoy young or to cellar. Young Semillon loves oysters, fresh seafood, sushi and goats cheese. Aged Semillon suits richer dishes like roast chicken and creamy pasta.
