Refund Policy

We will guarantee all wines for any quality faults as defined under the parameters of the Australian Wine Show system. Additionally we will refund without question any purchase of a wine that you find undrinkable.
 
Simply notify us of the wines to be returned and send to First Creek Wines and we will arrange a full credit for the wine including the open bottle. Freight to us is to be paid by the customer and will be at normal freight rates as supplied by Australia Post.
