First Creek Blanc de Blancs Joins Roundhouse High Tea at Crystalbrook Kingsley
Our newly released Blanc de Blancs has found the perfect place to be poured this spring: nine floors above Newcastle Harbour, at Crystalbrook Kingsley's Roundhouse High Tea.
Throughout September and October, every Roundhouse High Tea guest receives a complimentary glass of First Creek Blanc de Blancs to toast the season.
About the Blanc de Blancs
Winemaker Liz Silkman, known across the Hunter Valley as the Chardonnay Queen, has released her first sparkling under the First Creek label. Made entirely from Hunter Valley fruit, it's Chardonnay dominant with the lifted citrus and floral backbone of Semillon. Dry, bright and built for exactly this kind of afternoon.
The High Tea Experience
Roundhouse sits on Level 9 of Crystalbrook Kingsley, with sweeping views across Newcastle Harbour and the city. The spring menu runs to savoury bites, delicate sweets and freshly baked scones, served with a pot of premium tea and finished with your complimentary glass of Blanc de Blancs.
High Tea runs Saturdays from 11:30am, from $85 per adult. A mini High Tea is available for children under 12 at $40, with a milkshake included.

For an extra $40 per person, add two hours of bottomless Blanc de Blancs and our Limited Release Rosé. It's an easy way to turn a High Tea booking into a proper celebration, whether that's a birthday, a bridal shower or just a long Saturday lunch.

The offer runs through September and October 2026. Bookings are essential and close at 5pm each Thursday for the following Saturday, so it pays to lock in your table early.
