Wine Guarantee and Returns
We stand behind the quality of every wine we produce. All wines are guaranteed against quality faults as defined under the parameters of the Australian Wine Show system.
If you believe a wine is faulty, or if you find a wine undrinkable, we will provide a full refund without question.
Simply notify us of the wine to be returned and send it to First Creek Wines. Once received, we will arrange a full credit for the wine, including the open bottle. Freight to us is to be paid by the customer at standard Australia Post rates.
Tasting Bookings, Cancellations and Rescheduling
Bookings for cellar door tastings are confirmed at the time of payment.
Cancellations or reschedules can be made without penalty up to 24 hours prior to your booking time. Changes requested within this period will receive a full refund or may be transferred to an alternative available date.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time are not refundable. This includes no shows and partial attendance.
If First Creek Wines is required to cancel a tasting due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option of a full refund or rescheduling to a suitable alternative date.
