First Creek Wines Joins Two Signature Hunter Valley Events This July
This July, First Creek Wines is proud to be part of two standout events celebrating the very best of Hunter Valley wine, food and hospitality.
Kicking off the weekend on Friday 10 July is Beyond the Pour, an exclusive pre festival dining experience hosted at Rydges Resort Hunter Valley. Bringing together leading chefs, premium local wineries and wine personality Brenden “The Wine Animal” Robnik, the evening promises an immersive celebration of regional food and wine culture.
First Creek’s 2022 Single Vineyard Merton Chardonnay has been selected to pair with a course by acclaimed chef Ran Kimelfeld, alongside a lineup featuring Frank Fawkner of EXP, recently awarded Australia’s Number One Regional Restaurant.

The celebrations continue on Saturday 11 July at the Hunter Valley Wine & Beer Festival, one of the region’s biggest annual showcases of local wine, craft beer, food and live entertainment.
Festival goers will be able to taste a selection of First Creek favourites alongside some of the Hunter’s leading producers, all in a relaxed festival atmosphere celebrating the best of the region.
