A premium Chardonnay with white peach, citrus and subtle oak. The Single Vineyard Balmoral Chardonnay shows elegance and balance.

This is eons away from the deeply hued, amply oaked and buxom flavours of yore, when this vineyard was owned by the Oatley regime. All the better for it. This said, I suppose those wines were of a time. Times are different now. Pumice, pungent mineral scents, apricot pith and white nectarine riffs sashay to a core of nougatine. This is delicious. A little loose, but we all like to get loose on occasions.
