The Botanica range is First Creek Wines' most contemporary expression — a collection built on a philosophy of minimal intervention and maximum fruit integrity. Every wine in the Botanica range starts with fruit selected for clean, ecological character, and is made with a hands-off approach in the winery: no unnecessary additions, no heavy manipulation, just the Hunter Valley speaking for itself.

The range includes the popular Botanica Brut Cuvée NV — a lively 70/30 Chardonnay-Semillon sparkling — alongside still white, red, and rosé styles that celebrate the freshness and brightness of the season's best fruit. Botanica wines are vibrant, accessible and honest — designed to be enjoyed young, shared often, and paired with anything from a summer picnic to a casual dinner.
