A perfectly balanced Rosé made with free run Merlot. Created with minimal intervention and a focus on the quality of fruit. The colour is subtle pink, crisp and clear. The 2025 Classic Rosé carries an aroma of rosehip, strawberries and Turkish delight. The palate is of strawberries and cream with a subtle hint of cherry.

A textural, weighty rosé with subtle fruit and a touch of spice. The aromatics are high-toned and inviting, with hints of rosewater and warm red berries. Generous on the palate, it maintains its character even when served ice-cold.

Enjoy at 8 - 10 degrees until 2030 alongside Grilled salmon, prosciutto and melon, or a goat cheese and beetroot salad .
