Bright green straw with a silver fleck. Classic varietal notes of white peach, melon & fig. Lovely delivery of jubey fruit, with generous power & length, mouth-watering acidity, and a fine mineral & saline crunch to finish.

A stunning example of Australian Vermentino, and one of the best I have tried. Fragrant lemon top notes with a hint of lime blossom. The palate is citrusy and bright, with flecks of dried mandarin peel plus barely perceptible savouriness, adding interest and depth. Pleasing texture, back-palate drive and excellent integration of the elements. Sourced from the historic Roxborough Vineyard in the Upper Hunter Valley.

Enjoy at 7 - 10 degrees until 2028 alongside Grilled sardines or fish ceviche .
