Bright with a vibrant green tinge. Aromas of pear and honeysuckle with hints of nectarine peel. Lovely fruit drive on the palate balanced with ripe fruit and refreshing acid. Perfectly paired with prawn pasta and other seafood.
A perfect mix of brightness and complexity. Cleansing and refreshing with quince and pear aromas. The palate is beautifully lemony and gently textured from extended lees ageing with b√¢tonnage. I adore this wine's elegance and restraint, and particularly the chalky finish. The grapes are sourced from the Travertine Vineyard, where fiano was wisely grafted over sauvignon blanc 17 years ago.
