Deep red with a purple hue.
Spice and damson plum on the nose.
Rich, opulent and concentrated, with layers of ripe black and red fruit. Five spice, black olive, sarsaparilla, anise and dried herbs sit alongside blackberry and milk chocolate. Creamy oak integration frames a youthful, full-bodied wine. Drink to 2035.

This is an excellent wine for those who prefer a richer, riper, full-fruited style of Hunter shiraz, as it is plush, mouth-filling and alluring, with a supple flow and glide. The fruit is mesmerisingly dark, with baked blood plum and brambleberries accented by crunchy shortcrust pastry, vanilla bean and sweet, dark chocolate. The quality of the fruit stands tall, and the length is fabulous. Succulent and delicious.

Single Vineyard
