First Creek Wines at the Newcastle Tuna Festival Lunch Cruise

On Sunday 26 July 2026, the MV Calmer sets sail for an exclusive lunch cruise as part of the Newcastle Tuna Festival. Three hours on the water, fresh seafood, and 360-degree views of the harbour.
Here is what the afternoon holds.
You will be welcomed on board with canapés and a glass of sparkling. From there, a live Japanese chef leads a tuna cutting demonstration before a three-course alternate drop menu is served, opening with fresh-cut tuna sashimi.
Mains offer a choice of eye fillet wrapped in prosciutto or a sesame-crusted tuna medallion, with a vegetarian Wellington available. Dessert is a dark chocolate delice or a lemon and white chocolate tart.
First Creek wines will be available to purchase throughout the cruise, matched to the menu and the moment.

A few things to note. Guests should be aged 12 and over, and valid photo ID is required. Flat shoes are recommended for the vessel. Bags need to be clutch or purse sized.
